Blessings to all, sorry to seem like a burden, but I'm reaching out to everyone for help. My nephew Juvuan, known as Jay, is in a really tight spot right now. He was attacked by his date's ex-boyfriend and his friends as he walked the young lady to her dorm room. As he was getting attacked, he managed to start running away. As they chased him, one started to shoot at him. To our understanding, as he ran through the facility, a school officer also started shooting at him too, thinking he was the perpetrator. Jay was hit 3 times as he ran away, but sadly he was hospitalized and now must have multiple surgeries. He's been through a few, but a bullet is still stuck in the back of his knee, which has to be removed. On top of that, he was charged with domestic violence in an occupied dwelling, which Huntsville Police Department is trying to charge him with a felony. So not only do we need help getting his surgeries done, but also with retaining an attorney. So if you can, please help with any amount you can spare. Again, sorry to burden anyone, but this is a hard time for the family due to him being in Huntsville alone (college) while his family is in Miami.
