On February 28th, my cousin Jaylin was walking on a street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on North Aspen Avenue (145th E Ave) south of West Omaha Street (51st St South). He was struck by a vehicle and left there, unconscious, in the street by the person who hit him. He woke up in the hospital hours later. He was in ICU and intubated. He suffered a broken leg, a broken ankle, a broken shoulder, and a broken jaw. He’s had to undergo several surgeries and will have to have physical therapy when his body is a little more healed and can handle it. He will also have to have dental work as the impact knocked out half a tooth and split another tooth, resulting in the extraction of those two teeth.

Jaylin will be out of work for months and will have medical bills and dental bills. Any donations made will be used for the medical and dental bills as well as helping with his cost of living while he isn’t able to work. Any help is very much appreciated by Jaylin and his family.
