Jaylen Board is a wonderful person who has always been there for others, but now he’s facing a challenge that no one should have to face alone. On January 10, 2026, at just 31 years old, Jaylen suffered a heart attack. After six days in the hospital, doctors believe the heart attack was caused by high blood pressure as a result of stage 3 kidney disease. This diagnosis means Jaylen will need to make permanent changes to his lifestyle and health, and he’s currently at home focusing on his recovery.

Jaylen runs his own business and is the only employee, and unfortunately he won’t be able to work for at least three months, and possibly longer. The sudden loss of income, combined with mounting medical bills and the need for ongoing care, has put a tremendous strain on him. Despite these challenges, Jaylen remains positive and determined to get better, but he can’t do it alone.

Jaylen is a caring and giving person who is always willing to help others, but he’s hesitant to ask for help himself.
