Hello everyone.

As many of you may know now, on May 30th, 2024, we went through a terrifying day. Jaylen had started having seizures back to back out of nowhere. Within an hour, he was flown out to Children's Hospital of Atlanta due to having bleeding on the brain. The first 3 days were a roller coaster from having seizures and being on breathing machines.

We found out that Jaylen had an AVM (arteriovenous malformation). Later on that week, as he started getting stable but had short term memory loss, we also learned that in order to try and fix the problem, he would have to have brain surgery. A life or death situation. We had surgery this past Friday (June 7th) and it was a success.

Today we had a follow-up and found out that one of his bones in his spine was crushed so we are having to go back.

Many have asked how they could help and as of now, any donations, small or big, will be appreciated due to this is just the beginning of many trips back and forth to Children's hospital, therapy, medical bills etc.
