My name is Sarah Tiry. I have known Jaylea for as long as I can remember. She is the most kind hearted beautiful woman I know. She has been there for me more times than I can count. She enjoys riding horse, barrel racing, spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends. Unfortunately, Jaylea was involved in a bad car accident on Monday, May 19th on her way to work just 2 miles from her home. She was airlifted to Regions. She has a fractured leg and a shattered right ankle, which will require multiple surgeries and a bone graft. Her left ankle is severely sprained. She suffered other minor cuts and bruises. She will be in a wheel chair for quite a while till she is able to bear full weight on her left ankle. She will be non weight bearing for even longer on her right leg. We are working to get her house wheel chair accessible so she can be released from the hospital and spend the many weeks recovering from home. She will be out of work for the foreseeable future. Jaylea and her family are always givers. I know they could really use some help, whether it be financially or just continued thoughts and prayers.
