Support Jayla's Urgent Medical Surgeries

Hi, my name is Jayla. I have two surgeries to go through, but I am out of funds and need your help in getting the two separate surgeries done. I need help paying for the equipment for one of the procedures because they do not have the equipment here at Princess Margaret Hospital in Nassau.
