Hi, we’re raising funds to support our dear friend Jaye and her entire family, during an incredibly difficult season of their lives.

Jaye’s dad passed away suddenly, a loss that deeply shook their family and left them heartbroken and unprepared for everything that followed. During that same time, Jaye’s brother was - and continues to be - going through an extremely difficult situation, adding even more emotional strain and responsibility for the entire family.

On top of navigating grief and ongoing family crises, Jaye is also a business owner — the heart behind Prelude Breakfast Bar, 52 KILO, and Danger Dave’s. She continues to balance the demands of running multiple businesses while being a devoted mom and a constant pillar of support for her loved ones. Carrying all of this at once has been incredibly exhausting, both emotionally and financially.

This fundraiser is meant to help ease some of the weight Jaye and her family are carrying — whether it goes toward immediate expenses, supporting her mom and brother, or simply giving them space to grieve and heal without added pressure.
