Support Jayde's Fight Against Wilms Tumor

Hello - I'm Jayde's mom, Brittany.

Jayde is our 3 year old daughter of 3. On December 20, 2023 she was diagnosed with stage 2 Wilms tumor (kidney cancer). Quickly following diagnosis, she underwent surgery on Dec 22 to have her left kidney removed.

Jayde began chemo on January 2, 2024 and completed treatment at Akron Children's Hospital on May 8, 2024. Following her end of treatment scans, new spots on her lungs were detected.

On July 11, Jayde was treated at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital where she underwent a Thoracoscopic Wedge Resection of her right lung which confirmed metastatic disease. She is now Stage 4 Wilms and being treated again at Akron Children's Hospital.

Jayde began a long 42 week fight on August 13, 2024. So far, she has received 8 rounds of full lung radiation, 13 platelet transfusions and 6 blood transfusions.

She is 10 weeks away from completing treatment!
