I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my brother—a hard-working man, dedicated father, and loving husband—who is now facing one of the toughest challenges.

Last week, he was admitted to the ICU with a severe bacterial infection that spread to his brain. He had brain surgery on 5/15 to remove the abscess, fight off any remaining infection, and to help reduce the swelling and inflammation. His medical team is hopeful, but his road to recovery will be long—at least a month of rest, monitoring, and healing.

This has hit their family hard. My brother owns a landscaping business, which means if he’s not working, there’s minimal income coming in. With this recovery, he will be out of commission for 4-6 weeks. As the sole provider for his wife and two young kids, this medical emergency has created not only emotional strain but serious financial pressure. The bills don’t stop—mortgage, groceries, medical expenses, and support for his family all continue to add up while he’s in recovery.

We’re asking for your help to ease the burden and give him space to focus on what matters most: getting well and being there for his family.
