Jayden is a bright light in the lives of everyone who knows her. Recently, she took a serious fall, resulting in a broken leg, a dislocated knee, and severe abrasions. She will need to see an orthopedic specialist and may require surgery to reset the break, as well as skin grafts to treat her abrasions. Unfortunately, Jayden does not have health insurance, and the medical costs are adding up quickly.
