My name is Racheal, and I've started this GoFundMe for my nephew, Jayden. At the age of 21, Jayden was diagnosed with Renal Failure, Stage 5 kidney disease. After further testing, Jayden was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy (IgAN). With dialysis 3 times a week, it was difficult for Jayden to continue to work.

Additionally, as a child, Jayden was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis. Jayden has been hospitalized many times due to fluid in his lungs, pneumonia, congestive heart failure, and most recently a bone marrow biopsy for further testing on his low blood count. Jayden and his siblings lost their mother when Jayden was 10 years old. Jayden has been strongly encouraged, supported, and motivated by myself, his grandma, and other aunts and uncles in his family.
