Help Jayda Get Life-Saving Open Heart Surgery

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

I am reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for your help for my daughter, Jayda. She has been living with Type 1 Diabetes and Marfan Syndrome, and recently, her health took a serious turn. Doctors have discovered that she has an aortic dissection and she urgently needs open heart surgery to repair her aorta and replace a valve in her heart.

This life-saving surgery can only be performed in Houston, Texas, meaning we need to travel there for the procedure and stay for her recovery. As a single mother of five, I am struggling to balance being there with Jayda during her surgery while also providing for my other children here at home.

Balancing these responsibilities during this time has put a financial strain on our family.

Despite everything she’s going through, Jayda continues to stay positive, strong, and hopeful. This surgery is vital for giving her a healthier future, and I want to be there with her every step of the way.
