Hi everyone,

My name is Jayda Jones, and I am a student-athlete at Eastern Mennonite University, where I play basketball while majoring in Social Work and minoring in Psychology. This summer, I have an amazing opportunity to travel to Switzerland and Germany as part of my school's intercultural program. This trip is not just a personal journey—it is a requirement for my graduation.

Because of my basketball schedule, I must take this trip during the summer, which means I am responsible for covering the entire cost out of pocket. As a full-time student balancing academics and athletics, affording this trip on my own is a huge challenge.

This experience will allow me to expand my worldview, immerse myself in different cultures, and gain valuable insights that will enhance both my education and my future career in social work.
