Support Jaycie in her fight against cancer

This is my cousin Jaycie, four months ago she was diagnosed with a rare type of bone cancer called pseudomyogenic hemangioendothelioma. Jaycie underwent bone tumor removal surgery in June and had a decent recovery. Unfortunately, the cancer has spread to the deltoid muscle and rotator cuff and has returned to the bone causing quite a bit of pain, and now limits the mobility and function of her shoulder.

This type of cancer does not typically respond to chemo or radiation. They are working with many doctors to come up with the most effective treatment plan for Jaycie as well as hoping to take a medical trip to Texas to get a second opinion regarding a treatment plan.

If you know Jaycie, you know she is funny, always thinking of others, an extremely loyal friend and is a very giving person, which makes it difficult for her to be on the receiving end. She has worked as an MA for many years in various capacities, and actually performed all of the COVID handling at one of the locations she worked at. She bakes the most amazing desserts and crochets the softest baby blankets for family and friends. Jaycie has a very long road ahead of her, and as we all know, she has the fighting spirit and strength to get through this. I created this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of this long battle for Jaycie and her family. No one should ever have to stress and worry about medical bills, or having the funds to travel where ever need be to see the most knowledgeable doctors, while simultaneously fighting for their life.
