I wanted to share a quick update on where things are now. My aunt and cousins are finally back in their home. We were able to get the walkways cleared, the house pressure-cleaned, and a few mattresses in so they can sleep a little more comfortably. They still don’t have light or water yet, but we remain thankful for every bit of support that has helped us get this far.

The journey isn’t over, and there’s still a long road ahead, but not being displaced anymore is a huge step. Being back in their own space also means they’re in a better position to help their neighbors who are still struggling — and that truly matters.
