- My name is Spandana. My mother, Jayalakshmi, has always been the strongest person I know—walking miles for us, standing by us through every storm. A few weeks ago, she was diagnosed with a critical blockage in her leg arteries. She went through a painful angioplasty then a major bypass surgery, and Leg amputation she is bravely fighting every step. But complications followed. Gangrene spread, and now her leg—and her life—hang in the balance. She's in the ICU, battling pain, infection, and fear. Doctors are doing all they can, but the treatments are expensive, and the road ahead is long. We’re holding on to hope and asking from our hearts: please help us give her a second chance to walk, to heal, and to live without pain.
