My name is Jay Wolff and I was diagnosed with 2 types of sarcoma cancer in November of 2019. I had a major surgery in Dec 0f 2019 to remove a pineapple sized tumor and my left kidney. I decided to see a sarcoma specialist at MD Anderson in Houston, TX in the fall of 2020. My first reoccurrence came in the fall of 2021. I did 4 months of chemo in the spring 2022 and then 26 rounds of proton therapy in the fall of 2022. I then had another major surgery in Nov of 2022 to remove 4 tumors, about half of my pancreas, my spleen, a section of my colon, and a part of my stomach. The second reoccurrence was in the spring of 2024, I did 2 rounds of chemo before my kidney shut down. I was hospitalized for 4 days and taken off any future chemo regimens. I underwent surgery on July 8th and they successfully removed the tumor and saved my stomach. I then suffered a heart attack on July 10 and had 5 stents placed because open heart surgery was not an option. I was diagnosed in January 2026 with another reoccurance. I will have to eventually go to clinical trial meeications due to all my past complications. I am asking for help to offset the upcoming cost of those appointments and travel expenses.
