My brother's fight is slipping away

My little brother, Jay Guevarra, was hit with a devastating heart attack and aneurysm TODAY. This is his third heart attack. The doctors aren't giving us much hope, and I'm still trying to process everything

The hospital bills are just starting to come in, and we're bracing ourselves for the worst. In the Philippines, medical care is extremely expensive, especially for those without insurance. We don't know what the total cost will be yet, but we know it'll be a huge burden on his family

It's not just about the bills, though. Jay's wife, Katherine, and their kids, Kyle, Jarred, and Unica Joy... they're going to be impacted so much by this. They're his whole world, and the thought of losing him is unbearable for them. We're just trying to give him the best chance, even if it's just for a little more time together
