My name is Lexie, daughter of Andrea and Jay Green. If you know my mom and dad, you know that they are two of the most selfless, giving, and helpful people.

My dad suffered a serious injury on Wednesday, 12/04, after falling down a flight of stairs and landing face-first onto the concrete. He was taken via ambulance to Corwell Health in downtown Grand Rapids, where he was taken great care of by their trauma team.

Thankfully, he's able to be at home resting now. He left the hospital today, 12/06, with a broken nose and multiple extensive facial fractures that will require plastic surgery in the near future once the swelling subsides.

My parents would never ask for help, nor would they tell me if they ever needed help. That's why I've created this fundraiser - to ask you all for help myself in case they do need it.

My dad will be off of work for a while, and I just want their main priority to be him recovering, not him worrying about having to rush back to work.
