Support Jay Demoski in His Battle Against ALS

I am reaching out today to share the story of an incredible person, Jay, who is courageously battling ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a progressive and debilitating disease. As many of you know, ALS has taken a heavy toll on Jay, and the challenges he faces daily continue to grow. However, one thing remains unchanged: his unwavering spirit, hope, and mental strength to fight.

Unfortunately, ALS is an aggressive disease, and as it advances, it affects Jay’s ability to move, communicate, and care for himself. He will imminently need constant support, ongoing medical, therapy, and in-home care. The financial burden of this disease is overwhelming, and Jay is facing mounting costs that go far beyond what insurance can cover.

Home Care Assistance: Jay needs around-the-clock support to help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Medical Equipment: ALS requires specialized equipment like a power wheelchair, adaptive devices, and a ventilator to aid with breathing.

Therapy and Treatment: Ongoing physical therapy and other treatments to help maintain comfort and dignity.

Daily Living Expenses: The cost of medications, travel to medical appointments, and other essential needs.
