Support Jaxton's Journey to Top Surgery

Hi, I'm Harlie, Jaxton's fiancé! He has officially made it to where we are scheduled for top surgery! Jaxton has been in transition since 2019, and top surgery is the biggest thing we have been trying to do! He has officially had a consultation and is scheduled for the surgery.
