Support Jaxon's Recovery After Tragic Accident

My name is Renea Waggoner. This GoFundMe is for one of my best friends who I consider to be a second family to me. On Thursday, July 18th, 2024, my friend Kristyana's son Jaxon, who is 4 years old, had a terrible accident. Jaxon was riding on a lawn mower when he fell off. Unfortunately, Jaxon's legs both went underneath the mower. He was life-flighted to UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Sadly, Jaxon had to have a below-the-knee amputation to the right leg. The left leg is looking good, however, they are still 50/50 on his left foot at this time. Jaxon had another surgery today, July 20th, to clean out the wounds. His surgeon painstakingly worked to remove every blade of grass and wash out all the dirt before placing the wound vacs back on.

Kristyana is unfortunately on an unpaid leave of absence from work to care for Jaxon. Medical bills, and traveling for not only herself but her parents will cost a lot of money. All this is on top of her normal daily bills. Kristyana is a single mom to not only Jaxon but also his twin brother Jace who unfortunately witnessed this accident. There is going to be an extensive road of surgeries, therapy, and hospital stays ahead of them. Please help me to help them get through this difficult time by not only giving up prayers but by helping financially as well. This family is loved by so many that I believe we can far exceed the amount I have set.
