One moment, it’s an ordinary day, and the next, it’s a parent’s worst nightmare! Our sweet, energetic Jaxon—a bright, playful 1-year-old with a smile that lights up any room—experienced a tragic accident that no family ever expects.

While enjoying family time on Thanksgiving, Jaxon experienced a medical emergency. Our adventurous little boy somehow made it outside and fell into the pool, and drowned! Miraculously, thanks to swift action by Dad, family and incredible medical care, he was resuscitated and rushed to the hospital. Where he was then meta-flighted to a Specialty Hospital. Jaxon is now in the pediatric ICU, where he is fighting bravely EVERY single day!

The days since the accident have been filled with uncertainty, but they’ve also been filled with hope. Jaxon is showing signs of progress, and his resilience inspires everyone who meets him. Doctors are optimistic, but the road ahead is long. There will be many tests, therapies, and treatments as Jaxon works to regain his strength.
