Hi I'm Justine, Jaxen's mom. I am a nurse and currently back in school working towards becoming a nurse practitioner. I'm a dog mom of 4 (3 huskies and a cute little mutt).

I am writing here in hopes to receive some assistance with my dog Jaxen's medical bills. Back in March Jaxen injured both knees and is currently struggling to walk, he must undergo surgery for repair. To know Jaxen is to love him, his personality is larger than life. His favorite activities are walks around the block, rolling around in the snow, and rides in the jeep. Currently, he is on around the clock pain meds to keep him as comfortable as possible. He hasn't been able to enjoy his favorite activities since his injury. His first surgery will be at the end of this month, with another to follow a couple months later. This comes at a difficult time with my other husky, Nala, going blind and the expenses that have come with her disability. Together, his surgeries will cost a little over $14,000. All funds will go toward surgery, continued medication treatment, and rehab.
