Hi friends and community! As some of you know, I have the life-changing opportunity to undergo top surgery next week. This surgery has been a long time coming, and I am incredibly grateful for the chance to begin this new chapter in my life. As I embark on my recovery journey, I find myself in need of some financial support. While I have been able to cover many of the costs, I still have expenses associated with recovery — including post-surgery care, procedure bills, medications, and ensuring I can pay basic living expenses as I take at least 3 unpaid weeks off of work as I recover.
