Javi has always been the kind of colleague who goes above and beyond for everyone around him. He started with us as a server assistant, and through his dedication and hard work, he quickly moved up to become a server. His positive attitude and willingness to help have made a real difference to our team, and he’s always the first to step in when someone needs support. Right now, Javi is facing a tough challenge. He’s been diagnosed with pneumonia and has had to miss three weeks of work to focus on his recovery. As you can imagine, this has put a strain on his finances, with medical bills and everyday living expenses piling up. Javi has always been there for us, and now it’s our turn to be there for him.
