Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, my name is Nayeli Tovar. Thanks to all your encouragement I decided to open a fundraiser to help my husband, Javier Naranjo, find financial relief so he can focus on his recovery.

Javier Naranjo is a hard-working, friendly, loving, and supportive father. He’s someone you can count on for support whenever you need it. Now, we’d like to show our gratitude in return!

Initially, he noticed a mass in his neck, and soon after, he experienced high fevers, fatigue, and loss of appetite.

On September 25, 2024 he was admitted to the hospital to treat a large kidney stone and a mass, which was causing significant inflammation, infection, and bleeding. Despite receiving numerous medications to control his pain, along with IVs, antibiotics, blood transfusions, CT scans, and blood tests, his condition worsened. After a complicated surgery, his left kidney was removed. Unfortunately, on October 10, 2024, he was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma cancer, and he’s about to begin his journey to fight it.
