Support Ja’ven's Fight Against DMD

At six years old, my son Ja’ven was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a severe and progressive muscle-wasting disease. At that time, we were informed that his life expectancy was between 18 to 20 years and that he would likely lose mobility around the age of 11. Unfortunately, these predictions have held true. Now, at 22 years old, Ja’ven continues to confront the relentless challenges posed by DMD, a condition for which there is currently no cure.

As Ja’ven’s condition advances, his care requirements have become increasingly complex and financially demanding. We are reaching out to our community for support to help cover the escalating costs associated with his medical treatments, specialized equipment, and necessary home modifications to enhance his quality of life.
