My name is Jasper Noland and I’m humbly asking for support as I navigate one of the most unexpected and life-altering moments of my life. I'm here to tell my story that God got me through this and I'm a living testimony!

At just 33 years old, I survived a severe heart attack (STEMI) caused by a genetic disorder called Familial Hyperlipidemia, which runs through my biological family and leads to dangerously high cholesterol levels. The damage was significant—my overall heart function is now reduced, and doctors are monitoring me for what may be early heart failure.

To manage this, I’ve been placed on 8 different daily medications, strict rest, and ongoing medical supervision. I don’t know how long this recovery will take… and that uncertainty has been one of the hardest parts.

As many of you know, I’m an independent filmmaker ( LMTMS Let My Story film brand ) and freelance hairstylist. My body and energy are literally my tools for income.

With limited healthcare options and the physical demands of both careers, this heart attack has stopped me in my tracks. I can’t work consistently right now, and I don’t know when I’ll be able to return at full strength. My goal is to spread awareness to Black men and Women everywhere to go get a Check Up. if I never thought to go to the ER, I wouldn't have known the outcome. I will be documenting my process back to strong health as well.
