My name is Melissa, and I'm raising money to help with vet bills for my kiddo's kitty, Jasper, who has fallen very ill.

We adopted Jasper 8 years ago for Peyton (Max) with his sibling Opal for Kristi, and they have both been thriving ever since. Jasper has been living with Peyton now and was doing great until the last few weeks. Jasper's health has taken a serious turn, and the labs that were done indicate he has cancer. He is only 8, and we need to fight this fight. The labs and exam yesterday cost us $800 on their own, and now he needs an ultrasound that costs $600 plus medicine to see what kind they are dealing with. If it is treatable, the course of medications and what he will need will cost more than Peyton or I can afford alone.

Anyone that knows Jasper knows he is an incredibly loving cat, and he really is Peyton's emotional support kitty who she needs here with her. Anything helps, and we would all be most grateful for help to save this sweet boy. He has dropped a significant amount of weight and is not eating or drinking most days.
