Hi, My name is Melissa and I am setting this account up for one of my best friends, Christine and her husband Jason Sevacko. Jason is a loving father of 4, wonderful husband and friend to MANY. He is currently employed at the United States Postal Service in Salem, Ohio. Jason was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and will be undergoing chemotherapy treatments for at least the next 6 weeks. Jason and Christine are very optimistic, in fact Jason recently posted "Myself and my family and friends will NOT give up! This is definitely not "Game Over" Instead, it's time for me to show you all just how much I can fight."

Any monies donated will be used for lodging, gasoline, food, etc. We all know how expensive this ALL can be. If there is any leftover monies it will be donated to The Cleveland Clinic Foundation to be used for another family in need. Any amount is helpful and will be much appreciated.
