My name is Andrew and I'm raising funds for my father's fight with stage 4 lung cancer.

Three weeks ago, Jason, my father, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Three days ago, he went into the hospital for what was expected to be a minor procedure. Before surgery, he suffered a cancer-related stroke that required emergency surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain. This procedure saved his life, but he has been sedated and intubated since.

In addition, he is currently battling pnemonia related to his condition, which has further complicated his treatment. His medical team has begun radiation as a part of his treatment plan. He will remain intubated until his condition improves enough for him to breathe on his own.

Jason is a man of faith, a single father of four, a grandfather of five, and a loving partner who has always put his family first. He has spent the last 30+ years working tirelessly to provide for his children and support those around him.

As he faces this critical health challenge, the financial strain is becoming overwhelming. The funds raised will help cover medical expenses not fully covered by insurance, ongoing hospital care and treatment, household bills, transportation, and future rehabilitation needs.
