Hello. My name is Jason and I have recently been diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. I am unable to return to work for now until my blood count numbers improve. I am currently doing chemo infusions and lab work weekly. I have health insurance through my place of employment, but it doesn't cover everything. I am receiving FAMLI, but that only covers half of what I normally make per week, and I am only eligible for this for 12 weeks. I have 4 weeks of eligibility left. My doctor estimates it will be approximately 90 days or three months before I can return to work. I am single and live alone, so I have no other household income besides my own. I have never had to try GoFundMe in the past, so this is a first for me. A friend suggested that I try it. Just need a little help with some medical and household bills.
