Last week, I was involved in an accident which resulted in me breaking my back and leaving me completely paralyzed from the waist down! After receiving emergency neck surgery on my spinal cord to save my legs and ability to walk again, I have regained feeling in both legs and feet, but I still have an incredibly long road to full recovery ahead of me. I am still in the hospital awaiting transfer to an inpatient physical rehabilitation facility where I will remain until I can walk again on my own. There is no telling how long that will take but it will be several weeks if not months, possibly even up to a year, by some of the doctors' estimates before I will be able to discharge from the rehabilitation facility.

I need all the support I can get!!!
