- Hello folks. My name is Tom Sholtis and I'm here to ask for your help please. We all knew Jason Isom and loved and cared for him very much. Jason would be the 1st person to step up and help anyone in need. No I'm asking you to help him. Myself and some of Jason's friends are trying to raise $3000.00 to help pay for upcoming expenses for the cremation, memorial service and food for the service. Any money that is extra, will be donated to his longtime partner Anna. We thank each and everyone of you for any help you can provide during this difficult time. God bless you all.
