Jason is a father of two young children and drives a semi for a living. He was at a park with his kids on his day off when a freak accident occurred. He fell while playing with the kids and dislocated and lacerated his ankle, fractured his fibula, fractured his tibula plateu and fractured his shoulder. He underwent two surgeries and three hospitalizations within a month. He has been out of work since the accident occurred and the doctors are giving him the window of 6 to 12 months before he can go back. As you can imagine this was a sudden and crushing blow to the family. Jason's family is in danger of losing their apartment and this is a very scary time. Jason and Beth-Ann remain hopeful and encouraged as they guide their 9 and 3 year old through this crisis. We added up their expenses and $25k will allow them to make it through the healing window.
