Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my fiancé, Jason Bingham, who has been hospitalized since the day after Thanksgiving and has since been diagnosed with heart failure. He remains in the hospital awaiting open heart surgery. Recovery time could be up to 3 months, at which time Jason will not be able to work. The surgery is to repair or replace the Mitral Valve and is essential to improving his health and ensuring he will live a full and active life with his family.

As many of you know, Jason is a hardworking and generous person who has always put others first. He has been the one to support our family and friends through thick and thin. Whether it's offering a helping hand to those in need, giving advice, or simply being there when someone needs him, Jason has always been a reliable and caring presence in the lives of everyone around him.

Now, as he faces this medical challenge, I want to do everything I can to make sure he gets the care he needs. Unfortunately, hospitalization, surgery, subsequent treatments and COBRA premiums come with significant medical costs that we are unable to cover on 1 income. That’s why we’re reaching out to our community for help. We are humbly asking for your support to help cover these medical expenses and ensure Jason receives the surgery and treatment he desperately needs.
