Support Jason Barnett's Medical Recovery

My name is Jason Barnett. I was born and raised in Redwood City, CA. Like any of us Bay Area raised, we are wild and out, always having fun. Unfortunately, over the last year and a half, I have had some pretty significant health problems. They're definitely not as bad as they could have been or as bad as others may be experiencing, but I am getting ready for my 3rd back surgery in the last six months. I also had a very serious bone infection which caused major weight loss and severe damage to my entire lumbar and thoracic spine.

During the time of the infection, I did not take care of any of my bills and only focused on my health. Now, it's taking a toll on my ability to afford nearly everything. I ended up 3 days from death in the Sacramento Kaiser hospital where we had done six weeks of IV antibiotics that I took around the clock at home. I had nurses come to the house 3 times a week for blood draws and to check on my PICC line dressing.

Now, getting ready for another back surgery, I am hoping to get a little help from some of my friends and the community on these crazy bills that have become a serious burden and other everyday needs. Since CA doesn't really help those in need, I hope some of you can help in any way possible to help me reach my goal to get a little hold on this. Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
