Hi my name is Jasmyn . Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m a 30 year old female who within the last year and half had to have an amputation. I moved to Charlotte from Arizona so I could have the support of my mom thru this life altering procedure. She’s been amazing with caring for me while I learn to walk again and adjust to my new way of life. I’ve made significant strides with gaining additional skills so I can work and provide for myself. It’s now time for me to transition back into the community to be on my own back in Arizona. Financially things are really tight for me. While I have started the process for financial assistance, it takes a bit of time for processing and such. I’m praying that through your help, I’ll be able to get back to my home community and start a successful transition back into the mainstream of life as an independent young woman.
