Hello All! I’m Jasmin and I’m creating this project on behalf of my mother.

On June 18, 2025, she suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. It was one of the scariest experiences of my life. After going to the emergency room, she was admitted into the ICU of Methodist Willowbrook for 12 days. From there, she was moved to a rehab facility where she has been relearning how to eat, walk, write, talk, and overall function as a human. It has been a long and difficult journey.

By the grace of God, she was healed from the stroke and her recovery has been progressing very nicely, but now we need help.

Her medical insurance paid a large portion, but it didn’t pay for everything. These were very unexpected expenses that happened at the wrong time. I resigned from my job last May and had to pause on my job hunt to help my mother. I’ve started the job hunt again, but I haven’t received any offers just yet.

My little sister is heading off to Sam Houston State University and my mom had planned to work overtime to help out with those bills, but that’s not possible at the moment.

So, we’re calling on the help of family, friends, and strangers to help us out if you can. If you can help us financially and through prayer, wonderful! If only through prayer, wonderful!
