Support Jasmine's Weekly Cancer Care Needs

My name is Charlene Norris. This campaign is to raise funds for essential medical travel (including flights, hotels, and food) for my daughter, Jennifer Baker, to be able to attend and be with my granddaughter, Jasmine Ortiz-Baker, during Jasmine's weekly chemotherapy/radiation sessions at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Jennifer and Jasmine do not qualify for the usual benefit packages such as a stay at Ronald McDonald House, Cancer Society vouchers, etc. (please contact me for further information). My husband, Joseph, Jasmine's step-grandfather, and I have exhausted all of our hotel points and all the additional funds we had available for travel and hotel stays.

For the next 22 weeks, Jennifer will be needing to travel back and forth from Boise to Phoenix for Jasmine's treatment. Each stay is about 6 days total (2 travel days - one on each end of treatment and 4 hospital days with hotels and food). I have included information on the treatment and type of cancer. With this funding, we will be able to book flights, hotel stays, and other essential services well in advance, which we all know saves an incredible amount of money.
