I am a first year RN student at Lorain County Community College and I have been offered a unique opportunity to go beyond our country's borders to study through the Institute of Study Abroad Ireland. This program aligns with my academic and career goals in health care. Studying abroad will allow me to immerse myself in a new culture, gain global perspectives, and grow both personally and professionally. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance to expand my horizons and build a foundation for a meaningful future. The study abroad program is in May of 2026.

As excited as I am, the financial cost is significant. The total cost including tuition, travel, lodging, meals is approximately $4,500. I am reaching out to ask for any help, any contribution, no matter the size, will bring me one step closer to this dream.
