My name is Jasmine Cruz. I am a disabled single mother on a fixed income. who After almost 11 years on the waiting list for HOC, the wait is over. However, we are starting from scratch, and HOC isn’t helping with the security deposit, which unfortunately, since I have no credit, is more than I expected. My daughter and I will be moving August 1st, which is when the security deposit is due. I’m asking for help to gather all.
