Jase's Story from his mom Ashley: Just two weeks ago our lives were different we were excited for Jase's to play baseball with the Ben Davis Little League and then out of nowhere is condition got worse overnight.
Jase now has to have another brain surgery. He was diagnosed with a rare form of Chiari and needs a shunt placed. He has now also been diagnosed with hydrocephalus.

Most people with Chiari have a surgery called decompression and it fixes it for them. Unfortunately, Jase's Chiari is rare and not responding like a less complex version. This has resulted in his hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain).
Right now Jase cannot play baseball. Jase has the biggest smile and heart for a kid who has gone through everything he has. Please join us in support of him - as he heads into another brain surgery.
All funds raised by this and future activities will go towards supporting our family's financial needs while we take time off work to be at the hospital with Jase and then at home with him while he is recovering.
Due to the nature of our jobs, we do not have paid leave available for this, but know that being by his side is where we need to be - and we appreciate any support you can give.
