Jase Allen Blackburn was born into the world at 23 weeks 6 days on May 28, 2025. He weighed 1 lb 12 oz and was 12 inches long. Jase has a long road ahead of him in the NICU. His doctors estimate that he will need NICU care until at least his due date of September 18th, and possibly up to 2 months later. He has a lot more growing to do! 

These donations will go towards Jase’s medical care, as well as staying in Lexington to be with Jase while he is in the NICU at UK Kentucky Children’s Hospital. We greatly appreciate all donations, as well as your support and prayers. Please continue praying for Jase. Thank you all!
