On August 28, 2026, our brother Jared was involved in a devastating vehicle vs pedestrian accident while out jogging. Since then, Jared has undergone multiple surgeries for life-threatening injuries and is currently in the ICU. We still do not know exactly what his recovery journey or future quality of life will look like. What we do know is that Jared has a long road ahead of him, and that healing from these injuries will take months. Despite the challenges ahead, Jared has remained remarkably positive and determined to make a full recovery.

As Jared continues to fight through this difficult chapter, he will need ongoing support from family, friends, and the community around him. As his family, we are determined to support him in any way we can. Donations will help cover the many costs tied to his recovery, including hands-on assistance, therapies, and potentially additional surgeries. Most of all, this fundraiser is a way for people who care about Jared to stand beside him during the months ahead. Any support Jared’s community is willing and able to give will make a meaningful difference and help ease some of the burdens he and our family will face during this incredibly challenging time.
