Jann’s story is very long. She needs an attorney to represent her and help her fight for her family and get justice. She's a victim of domestic violence. Her husband betrayed her and made false allegations . They took her 3 babies away from her, 23-month-old twins and her 5-month-old baby boy. She was a full-time stay-at-home mother. She has no money of her own or any family here in the US. Her husband served her with divorce recently. Jann never reported him for the times he hit her because she didn’t want a broken family and does not believe in divorce. He went to the Philippines, married her, and brought her here to the US. They were married for almost three years. He took her from her family, and now she’s here all alone and is longing to have her kids. He has his family here in the US, and all Jann has is whatever resources she can get. Jann was thrown out of her home with no remorse on April 7th 2025. Jann has not seen her babies since April 7th, and it is still ongoing. Jann was taken to Barstow to find a shelter to take her in, but unfortunately, they couldn’t give her an answer. Luckily, she’s now staying with a friend. Jann lived in Fort Irwin housing with her husband and her three babies. There’s a lot to her story and more adding on day by day.
