Mesh-injured activist Janis Urban, who has helped countless victims, is in need of our support. As many of us know, Janis became disabled 13 years ago after her mesh implant surgery went terribly wrong. Her husband, Jack, has been their sole breadwinner for the past 13 years and is now facing his own medical issues that will require total knee replacement surgery. This will require him to not work for months while he recuperates. Jack and Janis are living hand to mouth.
