It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Janie. She was a fighter in every sense of the word. She battled cancer with incredible strength, courage, and grace, holding on for her family for as long as she possibly could. Even through the hardest days, she showed resilience, love, and an unbreakable spirit until her body could no longer continue the fight.

Janie was so much more than her illness. She was a devoted mother, a loving sister, a cherished grandma, aunt/Tia and great-grandma, and the heart of her family. Her love, wisdom, and presence touched everyone who knew her, and her loss has left an immeasurable void. I am the daughter-in-law, and I am setting up this GoFundMe on behalf of my mother-in-law Linda during this incredibly difficult time.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden of her mom’s burial and funeral expenses, allowing our family the space to grieve without the added stress of overwhelming costs.
