Our sweet girl Janie (Reichert) Pheils has had her world rocked this week. She was unexpectedly diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Luekemia on Thursday, May 2nd, and got the dreaded news that no one wants to hear; she has cancer.
Today, Sunday May 5th, she is being admitted to the Cleveland Clinic, where she will spend the next 30 days receiving continuous chemotherapy, and any other treatments that may arise.
As you can imagine the stress this puts on her and her family, including her doting husband Josh Pheils, 6 year old Dottie and 4 year old Edison, as well as her mom, Terri and siblings. We are hoping to be her army of support during this time and rally around her to ease the burden in any way we can.
If you have it in your heart and budget, please consider donating to Janie and her family at this time. They will be traveling to and from Cleveland so Janie is never alone, which of course includes gas, hotel stays, and dog boarding for Gus. They also are going to try to continue and keep life as normal as possible for the kiddos. Donations will also go towards groceries, meals for the family, anything to help Josh out around the house and to comfort Janie!
Also please feel free to send up your prayers and share this page. Every little thing counts! Help us let Janie know that NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE She’s got this, and we’ve got her!
